Ranieri banned for insulting referee

Inter Milan coach Claudio Ranieri has been hit with a one-match touchline ban for insulting the referee during Saturday's 3-0 home defeat to Napoli.
Ranieri confronted match official Gianluca Rocchi at half-time of the San Siro clash, shortly after Rocchi had awarded the visitors a controversial penalty in an incident which also saw Inter midfielder Joel Obi receive a second yellow card.
Television replays showed Obi's foul on Christian Maggio occurred outside the area.
Marek Hamsik missed the spot-kick but Hugo Campagnaro scored the rebound and further goals from Maggio and Hamsik in the second half earned Napoli all three points.
